Karolina Karolczak, Global Promotion Director at AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG, is a seasoned expert with over 20 years of experience in communication and marketing. She excels in building and implementing strategies in international markets. Holding an MBA degree, she is also an academic lecturer and motivational trainer certified by the International MCBT and Brian Tracy International. Karolina is an advocate for the "Marka jest Kobietą" program and the creator of the #celomania training program. She is also an author of numerous industry publications.
Currently, Karolina is responsible for the Promotion Department in the AsstrA group's capital division. Her team's scope of responsibility includes global brand communication, marketing and PR activities across various markets, e-commerce, and ESG projects. She previously held roles as the head of marketing and communication at ENEL-MED Group. Additionally, in her role as the Partnership & Procurement Director at Sodexo BRS, she established a collaboration model based on Consumer Value Added Proposition with major market chains such as JMP, Auchan, CRF, HEBE, MMSH, and many others.
Throughout her career, Karolina successfully executed the introduction and development of strategies for brands like Dr Witt, re-launched the Frugo and Black brands, and managed campaigns for Levi’s – 501. In recognition of her achievements, she was featured in the Forbes Women ranking as a "Mistrzynie Linkedin" (Master of LinkedIn) in 2021, boasting an impressive following of 24,172 on the platform. She has been a university lecturer since 2018, teaching subjects such as marketing, PR, strategic management, and digital strategies at the Social Academy of Sciences and the Higher Banking School in Warsaw. For over 12 years, she has been an active speaker at industry conferences, presenting insights into consumer behavior and brand perspectives based on the 7P framework.
Karolina has also contributed her expertise as a juror for the Polish National Sales Awards (PNSA) and as a member of the SuperBrands Poland brand panel. She has been a longstanding member of the Jury for the POS STARS competition, which recognizes the best advertising displays, organized by OOH magazine during the Festiwal Marketingu trade fair. Her remarkable accomplishments include securing the 1st place at Marketing Progress Wrocław.
Anna Hacuś is a PR shepherd, content creator, and brand strategist. She is the owner of the boutique agency BeSpoke PR, co-owner of the Forma Przekazu concept, and the creator of the SowardMediaKids project. With a million ideas per minute, she has managed to bring almost all of them to life. There are no impossible things for her. She has collaborated with top celebrities, organized high-profile events, and crafted standout brand identities. She specializes in visual content marketing and understands how to enhance product interest through the right choice of graphic tools. She has received nationwide recognition and is appreciated by both clients and the industry. She serves as a jury member in marketing competitions, is a lecturer in public relations, and is a content editor for magazines related to personal branding. She's always ready to create new ideas.
Piotr Stasiak is the Head of Design at GOLDENSUBMARINE, where he has been associated for 15 years, co-creating the creative department and overseeing everything related to art direction for key agency clients. He is a cornerstone of the design and motion department, boasting strong competencies and extensive experience in both fields. He has won bids and contributed to campaigns for brands like Grupa Żywiec, UPC, Intersnack, Acer, Monte, PGE, WSiP, and Shell. Piotr adeptly merges his passion for design with the business requirements of clients. His work has been recognized in various competitions, including Effie, Kreatura, Golden Arow, and Mixx Awards. He has a keen eye and can discern every detail, down to the pixel.
Aneta Siwecka is the Marketing Manager at API.PL SP. z o.o., a provider of solutions for digital and screen printing on textiles, large format printing (LFP), and a comprehensive range of consumables and printing substrates for manufacturing companies, printing houses, and advertising agencies. With over 20 years of experience in B2B marketing, Aneta has managed communication and projects in both Polish-capital companies and international capital groups. She is a graduate of the University of Łódź (Marketing and Management) and the Warsaw School of Economics (Project Management).
In her role, Aneta is responsible for marketing and communication, focusing on collaborative action, planning, sound judgment, positive energy, and plenty of smiles. Her expertise and experience have positioned her as a key figure in driving marketing strategies and initiatives in the dynamic world of printing solutions.
Michał Korejba is the Event Creative Director at Allegro Brand Experience Agency. He leads a team of 12 talented, creative, and brilliant individuals. Over the years, they have crafted hundreds of events, campaigns, brand experience activations, galas—including television events with millions of viewers, premieres, and various other occasions. Michał approaches his work with an open mind, ready to inspire others, always seeking fresh, unconventional, and innovative solutions. He pushes boundaries and works hand in hand with his team to achieve remarkable results.
Artur Szczęsny is the CEO of Rebelia Media Group, a company he has co-created since 2008. With over 20 years of involvement in the marketing industry, he is a graduate of the University of Silesia, named after Krzysztof Kieślowski, where he studied Radio and Television. Artur is also a lecturer and a member of the Business Council at the Vistula School of Hospitality and Tourism (Vistula University Group). He is an organizer of the social-educational campaign "Dzień Świadomości" ("Awareness Day"), which addresses topics such as entrepreneurship, education, future competencies, and living with mental disorders. He is the creator and host of the YouTube channel "Teren Rebelianta" and actively participates in the events industry. Artur is a fan of CrossFit, good books, cultural events, and extensive travels. His impressive experience and clear vision for the future make him a valuable asset. He combines a passion for creativity and technology, valuing respect and partnership in business above all else.
The POS STARS competition zone will be open for visitors to explore and see all the submissions live on the 13th and 14th of September during the 15th edition of the International Advertising and Printing Trade Fair - Festiwal Marketingu.
The jury will be voting on POS displays in 16 categories: Beverages, Food, Alcohol, Cosmetics, Electronics, Cardboard Displays, Rechargeable Displays, Shelf Decoration, Automotive, Digital POS, Design of the Year, Industry, POS Events, Entertainment, Security, and PETS POS.
This year, there were no submissions in the KIDS and Pharmacy categories.
During the event, visitors to the Festiwal Marketingu trade fair will also have the opportunity to vote, determining the winner of the AUDIENCE AWARD category.
The competition is organized by the editorial team of OOH magazine for the 15th consecutive year.
