Summary of RemaDays Warsaw 2025: Success of the Jubilee Edition of the Largest Advertising and Printing Trade Fair

The latest solutions in advertising and printing, cutting-edge technologies and trends shaping global markets, and, most importantly, thousands of participants eager for investments and contracts—this was the 20th edition of the largest industry trade fair, RemaDays Warsaw.

Growing Interest and International Reach

Held from January 28-31, 2025, the event saw a significant increase in interest compared to the previous edition. Visitor numbers grew by 12.74%, reaching a total of 28,603 participants. Representatives from 65 countries attended, highlighting the fair’s international importance. A total of 381 exhibitors showcased their offerings, reinforcing RemaDays Warsaw’s long-standing reputation as an industry leader.

Key Industry Discussions at RemaCongress 2025

Beyond networking and contract negotiations, RemaDays Warsaw 2025 provided valuable industry insights through expert-led discussions.

RemaCongress 2025 featured four days of inspiring lectures, expert presentations, and discussions on the most pressing challenges facing the sector. Topics included AI integration in advertising, the creativity behind modern AI-powered tools, and effective brand promotion strategies in the digital age. Experts also shared insights on budget management, client acquisition, and the top marketing trends of 2025.

A highlight of the congress was a keynote lecture by Jerzy Owsiak, who discussed branding strategies based on the success of The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP).
