International promotion – PROMO SHOW 2026

Over the past few years, the PROMO SHOW trade fair has gained media support from partners in various countries. Thanks in part to this, the promotion of the event has reached a wide audience across Europe and beyond. Now, with less than two months to go until the fair, promotional activities have gained momentum.

With each successive edition, a clear increase in the number of international visitors can be observed. Guests have come from nearly 25 countries, including Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and many others. Such a significant rise in interest in the event is the result of effective international promotion, which has attracted the attention of participants from all over the world.

The organizers promoted the trade fair at major European events such as: Premium Sourcing (September 2025, Paris, France), Promo Baltic (September 2025), and the BALTIC Road Show (October 2025).

As early as January, representatives of the organizer will appear in Germany at PSI, inviting attendees to PROMO SHOW and providing information about the event. The exhibitors themselves also act as ambassadors. Many of them actively participate in trade fairs across Europe (and beyond). During these events, they invite visitors to their stands to attend PROMO SHOW, which increases the event’s visibility—at PSI in Düsseldorf alone, they will distribute more than 3,000 invitations.

Another important factor is the special, unique formula of inviting advertising agencies from across Europe. The organizers provide selected guests with accommodation and an invitation to the evening Exhibitors’ Gala. For years, this event has been perceived as an informal third day of the trade fair, creating an excellent opportunity for business discussions in a less formal atmosphere. In January 2025, the Gala was attended by more than 1,000 people, including exhibitors and representatives of advertising agencies from Poland and abroad.

Strong support from international media partners
International media partners of PROMO SHOW give the event a distinctive global dimension, strengthening its position on the European industry map. Thanks to their involvement, the trade fair becomes not only a space for presenting innovative solutions, but above all a platform for building long-term business relationships and connections between participants from different countries. The multicultural cooperation of partners highlights the growing importance of PROMO SHOW in the worlds of advertising, marketing, and printing.

PROMO SHOW will take place on February 11–12 during the International Advertising and Printing Trade Fair at EXPO XXI Warsaw.
