L-SHOP-TEAM and Mantis World have been working closely together for over 20 years, maintaining strong relationships built on mutual trust and understanding. This long-standing partnership played a key role in making this decision. L-SHOP-TEAM will not only take over the Mantis and Babybugz product lines but also all associated rights and licenses. This strategic step aligns perfectly with L-SHOP-TEAM’s commitment to sustainability, transparency, and ethical business practices.

For customers, the transition will be seamless, as both brands will continue to be distributed through the well-established and trusted distribution channels of Mantis World and L-SHOP-TEAM across Europe.

The acquisition will further enhance the brands’ profiles through additional investments in marketing and product development.

A Legacy of Sustainability

Founded in 2000, Mantis World is an award-winning apparel brand that has pioneered sustainability initiatives over the past 25 years. The brand’s groundbreaking efforts include the Impact Calculator, which allows customers to assess the environmental impact of each clothing item, and the introduction of QR codes on every garment label since 2020, ensuring transparency, traceability, and compliance with future regulations.

Mantis World also holds prestigious certifications such as B Corp, GOTS, and Oeko-Tex, further emphasizing its commitment to ethical production and environmental responsibility.

With long-standing collaborations with manufacturers in Tanzania, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, Mantis World actively promotes fair labor practices and sustainable development—values that are equally important to L-SHOP-TEAM.
