X Warsaw Showroom operates by appointment only. During each reserved time slot, the entire space is dedicated to one agency, so no other company views the products at the same time. The agency books a visit with a Texet Poland representative, receives an access code before arrival and conducts the meeting independently, at its own pace.

“This is the only place of its kind in our B2B industry where an agency can present products to its client independently, without distributor involvement. The agency leads the presentation, prepares the offer and closes the project. A client cannot place an order with us directly — and that is not an oversight, but an intentional part of the concept,” says Tomasz Barudin, Sales and Marketing Director at Texet Poland.

The showroom includes a dedicated area for client meetings, a coffee and refreshments bar, and the atmosphere of the historic Lace Factory, just a few minutes from central Warsaw and Arkadia shopping centre. Restaurants Abruzzo and Mielżyński are located nearby.

Texet Poland plans to operate the showroom throughout the year, not only as a meeting space for agencies and their clients. Product training sessions covering new seasonal collections are in preparation, as well as workshops on creating social media content for resellers and agencies.

End customers who do not yet work with an agency can contact Texet Poland directly. The company will recommend a reseller who can manage the project and arrange a showroom visit.
