Notice of the General Meeting of Members of the Polish Chamber of Promotional Articles

The Management Board of the Polish Chamber of Promotional Articles Association hereby announces the convening of the Ordinary General Meeting of Members, which will take place on June 6, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Grzegorzewski Hotel, 59 3rd of May Street, 95-080 Tuszyn.

Proposed agenda for the Association Members' Meeting:

- Opening of the General Meeting.

- Election of the Chairman, Meeting Secretary, and Scrutiny Committee.

- Adoption of the agenda.

- Presentation of the Association's financial report for the year 2023.

- Presentation of the Board's report on the Association's activities for the year 2023.

- Presentation of the Audit Committee's report on the examination of PIAP Board's activities in 2023.

- Discussion.

- Adoption of a resolution regarding the acceptance of the Association's financial report for the year 2023.

- Adoption of a resolution regarding granting discharge to the Board Members for the year 2023.

- PIAP work plan for the year 2024/2025.

- Discussion.

- Adoption of a resolution approving the PIAP work plan for the year 2024/2025.

- Any other business and discussion.

- Closing of the General Meeting.
