PIAP proudly announces its patronage of this event, held under the auspices of EAC (European Association Cooperation) – an international industry organization of which PIAP is a member.

This is an excellent opportunity to jointly showcase the strength and scale of the Polish promotional industry on the international stage – especially as more than 60 Polish exhibitor companies will present their offerings at PSI 2026.

PIAP warmly encourages Polish exhibitors and trade fair visitors to actively participate in this unique initiative. Every brand matters, and every unique promotional item brings us closer to setting a historic record.

What is the record about?

The record attempt involves collecting a minimum of 250 unique promotional products, each representing a different brand. Donating even a single product provides real support for the entire industry and strengthens its visibility at the international level.

How to take part?

Participation is quick and straightforward. On-site handover procedure:

→ Go to the Drop-Off Zone in Hall 11.
→ Submit a unique promotional item representing your brand.
→ The EAC team will verify the product and brand, prepare documentation, and officially add the item to the record collection.

Record attempt finale and announcement of results

Friday, January 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM – at this time, a Guinness World Records judge will announce the official result of the attempt. The organizers look forward to celebrating the success of the entire industry together.
