This year, three companies were awarded: SMURFIT KAPPA POLSKA, TFP, and SONOCO – ALCORE, recognized for their innovative, creative, modern, and functional products. These award-winning products are also environmentally friendly, with production processes that enable recycling and reuse of raw materials.

Award-Winning Products:

AquaStop™ – SMURFIT KAPPA POLSKA Sp. z o.o.
AquaStop™ is the latest innovation developed under the Better Planet Packaging initiative. It belongs to the new TechniPaper® portfolio, which includes a range of high-performance papers designed for even the most complex supply chains. AquaStop™ is water-resistant, thanks to a special coating applied during the manufacturing process. Unlike many other coatings, it does not hinder recyclability, allowing the paper to be recycled similarly to standard paper packaging.

SafeClick Packaging – TFP Sp. z o.o.
Designed with safety in mind, our SafeClick box features a secure click-lock mechanism that restricts easy access to its contents. Closure elements on both sides of the lid are intuitive for adults but effectively limit access for young children. This packaging is ideal for transporting items such as plant nutrient capsules, pet food, and any other products where child safety is a priority, like candies. The packaging is reusable, allowing it to be refilled with products repeatedly.

Sonopost – Paper Protection Profile – SONOCO – ALCORE Sp. z o.o.
Sonopost is an innovative packaging solution designed to protect products in demanding conditions. It serves as an excellent alternative to packaging made from styrofoam and other plastics. The product is made entirely from recycled paper sourced from Sonoco’s internal paper mill network.
