A new generation of screen printing – these plastisol inks cure at 132 degrees in just 60 seconds.
The economical Unimix screen printing inks are produced by Avient Corporation. This American manufacturer has been developing inks for nearly 25 years. Their range includes screen printing inks that have gained popularity in the market due to their quality. API.PL is pleased to announce that, as a partner of Avient Corporation, we are proud to introduce their new product to our lineup.
Unimix is a new line of plastisol screen printing inks with several key advantages. The most significant benefit is their exceptionally low curing temperature, starting at just 132°C. This allows for considerable energy savings during the drying process and enables printing on substrates sensitive to high temperatures. The curing time is also a time-saver, requiring only 60-90 seconds.
In addition to these economic benefits, Unimix screen printing inks offer excellent coverage and high efficiency. Print manufacturers will also appreciate that these plastisol inks are free of heavy metals, phthalates, and formaldehyde.
Unimix offers flexibility in production, making it possible to print on cotton as well as polyester-blend substrates. These inks also support wet-on-wet printing, further enhancing their versatility.
The new series from Avient Corporation includes 15 base colors, with a mixing system compatible with the Pantone® palette, powered by the popular IMS software.
